Recent Computer News

A social network service may not mean that “big one is good.” That is key tension between growth and dilution of the brand. It is social network’s dilemma. How does this company expand into new markets without losing originally and keeping his existing customers? For example, “mixi” has a member of more than 5,000,000. It was listed on the Stock Exchange in Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers on September 14. On the business first day, excessive popularity and rushed orders disturbed the dealing. I think that it is necessary to devise a method, which we can increase new acquaintances gently while guaranteeing that it is the relations that each other know. As for present mixi, the scale is too big, so I think that there is already no meaning as SNS.

What is “Net Neutrality”?

“Net Neutrality” is an issue that will shape the future of the Internet.
In telecommunications policy, it is a regulation preventing Internet service providers from favoring their own content or applications over those of competitors.
Also it is a rule that would prevent phone and cable companies from charging and limiting access to Google, Yahoo, Internet phone companies, or companies offering music and video to customers over their networks.
According to phone and cable companies, a framework will discourage investment in new network capacity and provide content providers with a “free lunch.”
According to content providers, a framework insures the continued openness of the Internet by preventing network providers from deciding which Internet services and content their customers can deceive.
Let us protect the neutrality of the net.

Introduce 3 Good Web Sites in English

I introduce my favorite three web sites, which are “You Tube”, “Wikipedia”, and “BBC”. All they are famous sites I think. Therefore there would not be a reason to explain them in detail.
First one, You Tube is the site that does animation delivery service. As recent news, You Tube was purchased in “Google”. It is said that net connection makes a profit on ad revenue. Its charm is free. In addition, it has the material of various fields and does not let me get tired. Next, Wikipedia is the net dictionary which is very reliable when I learn words every day. I am always surprised in the information that it has. It is attractive to have an aspect different from a dictionary. Final one, BBC is the site that is valuable for me when I study English. I can know current events news in plain English.
All in all, these would please and help me much.

Computer Gifts I Would Buy for Friends & Family

A mouse is one of the most important equipments when we use the computer. I would buy new wireless mice for friends and family.
The wireless mouse looks cool and useful I think. The design is good, and the movement is sensitive and precise. I know the existence in this class for the first time. I don’t have it now, so I imagine I have one. I could surf net during lying. What relax time I could spend! I don’t want to fail to keep up with the fashion.
I want it for me! However, one problem is high price. That’s why, it’s not to be realistic to present the wireless mice for them. I examined it, but a battery seems to be necessary. I was disappointed a little.

What is “Social Engineering”?

Social engineering is a kind of hacker. It is a collection of techniques used to manipulate people into performing actions or revealing secret information. They try to get personal information like user name, its password, or credit cards details by phoning or Internet.
In computer security, social engineering is a term that describes a non-technical kind of intrusion that relies heavily on often involves tricking people to break normal security procedures.
Essentially, social engineering is the human side of breaking into a corporate network.
The goals of social engineering are the same as hacking in general to identify weaknesses and gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
To protect our all information, we have to manage our own computer every time. We should not tell our own important information to others lightly.

What I Want to Learn about Computers

I want to learn many functions in computers. One of the purposes is to earn big money like…
It’s easy to surf the net, and I often listen to music. In the future, my ideal style to use computers is to create anything like music or movies by myself. Especially, now I’m interested in computer graphics. It would take some time to require the skill, but I have a strong belief that I never fail to achieve the goal. Making my own homepage is my pleasure. The same as my blog, the homepage can show my information to others usefully.
At last, I would master computers enough to teach others well. In addition, computers will play a good role in my life as the best partner for me.

My History with Computers

The relationship between computers and me is still light. I think it will take more time to use them completely.
The first time to use one is when I was around ten years old. I could only paint pictures. My junior high school had English lessons using computers. Then, I learned how to type fast and correctly. Thanks to these lessons, now I like typing letters. I have used mainly Internet Explorer and Microsoft Words until now. Internet is especially useful for me to search much information.
My range to use computers has been small and shallow absolutely. I was satisfied with mails over cell phones, but it is a great pleasure to mail or write diaries through computers after this.
